Composition: Wheat starch, leavening agents (E450i and E500ii), rice flour, emulsifiers (E471, E475, E322), dextrose, salt-cooked food, thickener (E415), enzyme (xylanza of microbial origin)
Characteristics/description of raw materials: Appearance: homogeneous powdery free-flowing mixture. Lumps easily crumbling under mechanical stress are allowed.
Color: white to cream.
Taste: characteristic of the given name of the mixture.

Technological recommendations: Combine all ingredients in a mixer, then whisk on high speed for 7 minutes.
Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: 12 months from the date of manufacture. Store in a cool dry place at a temperature not exceeding +25 ℃ and relative humidity not exceeding 75%. Close packaging tightly after use.
