Characteristics/description of raw materials: Thermostable filling of homogeneous consistency. With the taste and aroma of boiled condensed milk. The consistency of the filling is dense, slightly stretching. The color is uniform throughout the mass from light brown to dark brown.

Application area: Product of universal use: cookies, butter and puff pastries, fillings for pancakes, muffins, etc.
