Composition: Drinking water, palm kernel vegetable fat, sugar, milk protein, emulsifiers (E420ii, E472e, E322, E435), stabilizer (E463), salt, flavoring, dye - betacarotene.
Characteristics/description of raw materials: A slightly creamy water-fat emulsion with vanilla flavor and aroma.
Application area: Interlayer and filling for confectionery. Decorating cakes and pastries.
Preparation of raw: Before whipping, chill for at least 12 hours in the refrigerator at a temperature of + 5° C - + 8° C.
Beat on medium speed until desired cream consistency is obtained.
The whipped product remains freeze-thaw stable.
Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: Store in a cool dry place at t from +2 to +2‒0 ℃. Store opened packaging in the refrigerator for no more than 3 days.
Avoid temperature extremes.
Srow shelf life is 9 months.
