Composition: Glucose syrup, drinking water, thickeners (E1442, xanthan gum), sugar, humectant - glycerin, acidity regulators (citric acid, E331ii), flavoring, preservative - potassium sorbate, dyes (E171, E122, E124).

Characteristics/description of raw materials: The filling is not thermostable. Homogeneous glossy mass that does not spread on a horizontal surface, red in color, with a sweet and sour taste and strawberry aroma.

Application area: It is used for decorating cakes and pastries, as well as in the preparation of creams, mousses and desserts and as a filler for pastry pastries after baking. The gel is ready to use, freeze resistant.

Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: Shelf life and conditions: 12 months in original packaging in clean, dry, well-ventilated rooms at temperatures from +5℃ to +25℃ and relative air humidity not more than 75%. Close bucket tightly after each use.
