Application area: Low fat spread (10-40% fat), chocolate, chocolate and confectionery glaze and ice cream glaze

Functional properties/benefits: - provides a stable emulsion in low fat spreads
- in the production of chocolate, chocolate and confectionery glaze, ice cream glaze contributes to: cost reduction; reducing the level of fat; improving convenience and manufacturability in production; improving the stability of the glaze when interacting with water and in conditions of high humidity levels
- has an excellent water-binding effect in stabilizing water-in-oil emulsions
