Composition: Glucose syrup, drinking water, sugar, chocolate (cocoa mass (45.9%), sugar, cocoa oil, emulsifier (soy lecithin), natural flavor (vanilla)), humectant (sorbitol), thickeners (E1442, E415), cocoa powder, acidity regulators (E334, E575), salt, flavorings, preservative - sorbate potassium, dye (E171).
Characteristics/description of raw materials: The filling is thermostable (content of real Belgian chocolate 12%). A homogeneous glossy mass that does not spread on a horizontal surface, has the color, taste and aroma of chocolate.
Application area: Used as a filling for filling finished products after baking: puff pastries, muffins, donuts. And also as a layer, decoration and preparation of creams for cakes, pastries, etc. The filling is ready for use, resistant to freezing. As a heat-stable filling, Kremfil Ultim is suitable for cupcakes, muffins, open tarts and tartlets.
Preparation of raw: Ready to use, no preliminary preparation required.
Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: Shelf life 9 months in original packaging in clean, dry, well ventilated rooms at temperatures from +5 ℃ to +25 ℃ and relative humidity more than 75%. After opening, store at 0 ℃ to +7 ℃.
Close the bucket tightly after each use.
