Characteristics/description of raw materials: RAVIFRUIT natural pasteurized frozen apricot puree without any artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. It has a rich and natural taste. Ravifruit puree contains 90% pulp and 10% sugar. Used to make sorbets, smoothies, jellies, jams, sauces, and confectionery fillings.
Preparation of raw: Allow to thaw in the refrigerator for 12 hours or at room temperature for 8 hours before use.
Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: Storage conditions: store at a temperature not exceeding -18 ℃. The defrosted product is not subject to secondary freezing.
