Composition: Wheat starch, raising agents: E450, E500, emulsifiers: E477, E475, E472b, dried glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, salt, thickeners: E412, E466.
Characteristics/description of raw materials: Universal concentrated dry mix for the production of traditional biscuit semi-finished products, muffins, biscuits.
Functional properties/benefits: • Universal in application, suitable for a wide range of products;
• When using the basic recipe, it allows to obtain a product with a finely porous crumb of uniform density characteristic of a biscuit;
• Mixed biscuit has a higher specific volume compared to classic biscuit.
• Simplifies and accelerates the process of producing products of consistent quality.
Technological recommendations: Dosage: 5 - 7% by weight of the dough. Beat all ingredients with a whisk in a mixer at high speed for 5-6 minutes.
Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: Store in a cool dry place at a temperature of 5 to 20 ℃ and a relative humidity of not more than 75%, in a closed package. Close the package tightly after each use.
