Composition: Sugar, non-temperable cocoa butter substitute of lauric type (hydrogenated palm kernel oil, emulsifiers (E492, E322), reduced fat cocoa powder, emulsifiers (soy lecithin (E322), PGRP (E476)), Vanillin flavoring.

Characteristics/description of raw materials: The glaze tastes like dark chocolate. Dense flat discs, scrap allowed. Brown. Sweet chocolate flavor, no stranger. The smell is neutral with a slight vanilla tinge, without any foreign matter.

Application area: It is used for decorating cakes, desserts, pastries, bakery products, casting jewelry and figurines, drawing.

Preparation of raw: Free from containers outside production facilities to comply with sanitary conditions.
