Application area: Suitable for coating and decorating cream cakes, pastries, desserts without freezing the top layer. Provides an even layer cut. Has good stability to freezing and defrosting. The gel not only gives a beautiful look to the product, but also protects it from drying out.
Preparation of raw: The gel is supplied ready to use; before decorating, you just need to mix it thoroughly until a homogeneous structure is obtained.
The preparation of raw materials takes place in a separate room (preparatory department). Unpacking of raw materials occurs after preliminary cleaning of the container from surface contaminants. After opening the container, the raw materials are transferred to in-house labeled containers.
