Application area: Decorative gel with taste and aroma of chocolate is a jelly-like product. Suitable for covering and decorating cream cakes, pastries, desserts without freezing the top layer. Provides an even cut to the layer. Has good resistance to freezing and defrosting. The gel not only gives a beautiful appearance to the product, but also prevents it from drying out.
