Composition: Glucose-fruit syrup, water, granulated sugar, humectant (glycerin), gelling agents (agar, pectin), thickener (E1442), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate).
Characteristics/description of raw materials: Homogeneous viscous transparent glossy mass without inclusions. a change in consistency is allowed, including delamination, which is easily restored by mechanical action (stirring). Color: colorless. Taste: typical of this gel name.
Application area: Decorative gel for cold preparation. Used for decorating confectionery.
Preparation of raw: They are released from containers outside the production premises to comply with sanitary conditions, and put into production containers for further work. The product is ready to use. Stir a small amount of gel until a homogeneous mass is obtained, apply to the product.
Functional properties/benefits: Gives products a glossy appearance, reduces the withering process of fresh fruits and berries used for decorating confectionery.
Technological recommendations: In accordance with TR CU 021/2011 "On food safety".
Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: Store in a cool dry place at temperatures from +5 to +20 ℃ and relative humidity of no more than 75%
