Composition: cocoa powder.
Characteristics/description of raw materials: Finely ground product of light brown color. Taste and smell characteristic of cocoa powder without strangers. High-quality natural cocoa powder (100% cocoa) from selected varieties of the best cocoa beans, roasted, crushed into nibs and converted into premium cocoa powder.
Application area: Decorating desserts. Chocolate mousses, biscuits, creams, ice cream, sorbets. Dipping (covering) truffles or sprinkling other products.
Preparation of raw: Preparation of raw materials takes place in a separate room (preparatory department). Unloading of raw materials is carried out after preliminary cleaning of the container from surface contamination. After opening the container, the raw material is sifted, poured or transferred to an in-shop marked container.
Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: 24 months after the date of manufacture. Store in a cool dry place at a temperature of 18-22 degrees C and a relative humidity of no more than 50%.
