Composition: Corrected water, cognac distillate, simple sugar color E150a, sugar syrup.
Characteristics/description of raw materials: An alcoholic beverage that is a type of distilled brandy. Bouquet and taste - typical for this type of cognac, without foreign taste and smell;
color - from light golden to light brown with a golden tint;
transparency - transparent with shine, without foreign inclusions.
Application area: Used in confectionery and bakery production. When making finishing and baked semi-finished products, blotting syrups, added to cookies and muffins, it gives an amazing taste and aroma.
Preparation of raw: Unloading of raw materials is carried out after preliminary cleaning of the container from surface contamination. The surface is disinfected. Bottles are examined and selected for cracked and broken ones. After unpacking, it is filtered through a sieve with a mesh size of no more than 1 mm, and poured into an in-house marked container.
Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: Unlimited, subject to storage conditions. Cognac bottles should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Store in ventilated, odor-free rooms, at a temperature not lower than 5 degrees C and a relative air humidity not higher than 85%.
