Characteristics/description of raw materials: Raisins are dried grapes with seeds. Light raisins are obtained from light grape varieties by air-solar or mechanized drying with preliminary treatment with alkali, and to achieve a golden color - with additional sulfitation. Colored raisins - from colored grape varieties, obtained by air-solar or mechanized drying without preliminary processing.

Preparation of raw: The raisins are sorted out, separating twigs and impurities from it, washed in water and placed on a sieve to drain the water.
