Composition: Sugar, thickener E1414, whey milk powder, skimmed milk powder, fat powder (coconut), salt, emulsifier E481, dye E160a, stabilizer E401, flavoring.

Characteristics/description of raw materials: White colour.
Taste and smell: Creamy vanilla.
Consistency: Loose mixture, lumps are allowed, easily crumbling under mechanical action.
Appearance: Fine crystalline powder.

Application area: A mixture for the preparation of cold custard type cream for the production of cakes, pastries, donuts and butter bakery products (filling, decoration).

Functional properties/benefits: Advantages: the mixture is easily soluble in cold liquid; mix-based semi-finished product can be used as an excellent base for oil cream; the finished cream has a balanced and delicate taste, vanilla aroma and a pleasant white color, perfectly tints and aromatizes with aroma paste; it is possible to use as a basis for creams using cottage cheese, cream and milk; the finished cream is stable when sliced, thermostable and behaves perfectly when frozen.

Technological recommendations: 350 g of the mixture in 1 liter of cold water or milk. Mix the mixture with water or milk using a mixer or whisk until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: Expiration date: 12 months from the date of production.
Storage conditions: In a cool, dry place in unopened packaging at a temperature not exceeding 25 ℃ and relative humidity not more than 75% away from sharply smelling products and materials.
Transportation conditions: By any type of covered transport in accordance with the rules for the carriage of goods established on it, subject to temperature and hygiene requirements.
