Composition: Water. sugar, dark chocolate 12% (cocoa mass (45.9%), sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin), natural flavor (vanilla), sweetened condensed whole milk (normalized milk, sugar), humectants (sorbitol syrup, glycerin), thickeners (E1442, E401, E466), palm fat, cocoa powder, dextrose, concentrated orange juice, orange oil, preservative - potassium sorbate, acidity regulator (E334), emulsifiers (E435, E452i).

Characteristics/description of raw materials: A homogeneous glossy mass that does not spread on a horizontal surface, has the color, taste of chocolate and chocolate-orange aroma.

Application area: It is used as a filling in finished products after baking, as well as as a layer, decoration and for preparing creams for cakes. The filling is ready to use. Conditionally thermostable filling with chocolate-orange flavor, suitable for muffins, cupcakes, puff pastries, cakes, etc.

Preparation of raw: Visual inspection. The filling is ready to use.

Functional properties/benefits: The moisture and freshness of the product are retained longer during storage (Aw = 0.75 – 0.80).
Can be used BEFORE and AFTER baking, freeze resistant.
Suitable for various types of equipment (jigging, injection), does not require heating during dosing.
Makes it easier to maintain technological equipment compared to conventional fat fillings.
It is allowed to bake the filling in a closed product for not more than 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 170°C).
The filling has a rich taste, a melt-in-your-mouth consistency, and leaves a pleasant aftertaste.
Kremfil Ultim chocolate-orange contains the juice and oil of the same name.
Contains less than 10% fat (does not contain hydrogenated fats).

Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: Shelf life: 9 months in original packaging in clean, dry, well-ventilated areas at temperatures from +5 ℃ to +25 ℃ and relative humidity not more than 75%.
