Composition: Water. sugar, dark chocolate 12% (cocoa mass (45.9%), sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin), natural flavor (vanilla), sweetened condensed whole milk (normalized milk, sugar), humectants (sorbitol syrup, glycerin), thickeners (E1442, E401, E466), palm fat, cocoa powder, dextrose, concentrated orange juice, orange oil, preservative - potassium sorbate, acidity regulator (E334), emulsifiers (E435, E452i).
Characteristics/description of raw materials: A homogeneous glossy mass that does not spread on a horizontal surface, has the color, taste of chocolate and chocolate-orange aroma.
Application area: It is used as a filling in finished products after baking, as well as as a layer, decoration and for preparing creams for cakes. The filling is ready to use. Conditionally thermostable filling with chocolate-orange flavor, suitable for muffins, cupcakes, puff pastries, cakes, etc.

Functional properties/benefits: The moisture and freshness of the product are retained longer during storage (Aw = 0.75 – 0.80).
