Characteristics/description of raw materials: Dry milk-containing mixture for the preparation of flour confectionery. Homogeneous powdery mass, loose lumps are allowed. Light cream color. The smell is typical for this type of product, not musty, not moldy.
Application area: Concentrated dry mix for making soft confectionery (biscuits).
Technological recommendations: For preparing soft biscuits 5 - 10% by weight of the dough.
Add margarine, water, egg, icing sugar and mixture to the mixer bowl. Stir with a spatula on medium speed for 5 minutes. Then add flour and stir on medium speed for 3 minutes. Place the finished dough on baking sheets and bake at 160 ℃ for 15 - 25 minutes, depending on the design of the oven and the weight of the dough piece.

Multilayer paper bags with polyethylene insert, 15 kg.
Storage period and conditions:
Shelf life 12 months in original packaging in a dry place at a temperature no higher than 25 ℃ and a relative humidity of no more than 75%.
