Application area: Application area:
- additives of air grains as products that imitate the nutty taste, fillers in praline, cream candies, bars;
- high water-holding capacity of air grains helps to improve the rheological and technological properties of confectionery masses (viscosity, structure), increase the moisture content of products to the maximum possible according to the recipe;
- in chocolate products with liquid fillings, the addition of flour (crushed grains) prevents the liquid phase from leaking out, which reduces recyclable waste;
- the use of puffed grains in the production of flour confectionery products with a high sugar and moisture content makes it possible to increase the volume of confectionery products produced, improve organoleptic properties;
- during the production of biscuit, the shelf life increases, the appearance of the top crust improves;
- puffed grains are used in the production of sugar cookies, cookies in the form of tubes filled with cream, chocolate, both inside the product and for decoration;
- as semi-finished products, puffed grains in various forms (whole, crushed, puffed flour) are used as quickly soluble mixtures, baby food, flavoring additives that improve the quality of traditional soups and cereals, pastries, sweets, jelly;
- easily digestible compound feed for pets, birds and fish;
- crushed puffed grains can be used as bread crumbs;
- in the form of ready-to-eat products.
