Composition: Powdered sugar, corn starch, skimmed milk powder, thickeners (E415, E401 ) , acidity regulator E330, natural cherry powder, natural dye Beetroot juice, dye titanium dioxide (E141), flavorings (Vanilla, Yogurt, Cherry) ).

Characteristics/description of raw materials: Cream mixture based on whipped vegetable cream.
Appearance, texture, color: Fine free-flowing white powder with a pink tint.
Taste, smell: Yoghurt with cherries.

Technological recommendations: The mixture used is mixed with water at room temperature and left for 1-2 minutes. Add the prepared mixture to the pre-whipped vegetable cream and mix until smooth.
Basic recipe: mix 400-500, vegetable cream 1000, water 1000.

Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: Shelf life: 9 months from the date of production in original packaging.
Storage conditions: The mixture should be stored in clean, well-ventilated warehouses, protected from sunlight, at a storage temperature not exceeding 23 ℃ and relative humidity not exceeding 75%.
