Composition: Powdered sugar, corn starch, thickeners (E415, E401), skimmed milk powder, acidity regulator E330, dry curd powder (skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder, starter culture), flavorings ("Vanilla", "Cream").

Characteristics/description of raw materials: Cream mixture based on whipped vegetable cream.
Appearance, texture, color: Fine free-flowing powder, a small amount of lumps is allowed, easily crumbling under mechanical stress. The color is characteristic of the ingredients included in the mixture.
Taste, smell: corresponds to the used flavoring components.

Technological recommendations: The mixture used is mixed with water at room temperature and left for 1-2 minutes. Add the prepared mixture to the pre-whipped vegetable cream and mix until smooth.
Basic recipe: mix 400-500, vegetable cream 1000, water 1000.

Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: Shelf life: 9 months from the date of production in original packaging.
Storage conditions: The mixture should be stored in clean, well-ventilated warehouses, protected from sunlight, at a storage temperature not exceeding 23 ℃ and relative humidity not exceeding 75%.
