Characteristics/description of raw materials: Homogeneous powder from white to beige, gray shade is allowed.
Application area: APPLICATIONS: cookies, muffins, biscuit pies, muffins.

Technological recommendations: Dosage: 0.5-1% by weight of flour. The improver is added in dry form to flour directly during dough kneading.
