Composition: Cocoa - powder, corn starch, modified starch (E1414), cocoa powder, sodium pyrophosphate (E450), sodium bicarbonate (E500), dry glucose syrup, flavor identical to natural "Chocolate", mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), esters of polyglycerides and fatty acids (E475), guar gum (E412), salt, sorbic acid (E200), potassium sorbate (E202), polydextrose (E1200), ascorbic acid (E300), food antioxidant (E385).

Characteristics/description of raw materials: dry mixture "ALLIANCE" - concentrate CHOCOLATE ROLL K is used for the production of products from thin sponge cake (roll). The concentrate allows you to beat all the components at the same time, the finished dough retains its properties even if baking is delayed. The baked semi-finished product has a light and fluffy structure, a pleasant chocolate and creamy aroma, and easily comes off the baking pan. Finished products are used as long-term storage products.

Technological recommendations: Amount to use: 10-12% by weight of the dough.
