Composition: Modified starch (E1414), sodium pyrophosphate (E450), sodium bicarbonate (E500), skimmed milk powder, dry milk whey, dry glucose syrup, flavor identical to natural "Vanilla-cream", mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471), esters polyglycerides and fatty acids (E475), salt, sorbic acid (E200), potassium sorbate (E202), polydextrose (E1200), ascorbic acid (E300), food antioxidant (E385).
Characteristics/description of raw materials: dry mix "ALLIANCE" - ROULET concentrate.
VANILLA K is used for the production of products from thin biscuit (roll). The use of the concentrate allows you to whip all the ingredients at the same time, the finished dough retains its properties even if delayed baking.
Functional properties/benefits: The baked semi-finished product has a light and fluffy structure,
pleasant vanilla-creamy aroma, easily leaves baked forms
Technological recommendations: The applied amount: 8-10% of the dough mass.
Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: 12 months in original, unopened bags, if temperature no higher than 25° C and relative humidity no more than 75%.
