Characteristics/description of raw materials: Magimix red is a bakery improver designed specifically for the production of a wide range of bakery products with the use of flour milled from grain affected by a bug.
Application area: Magimix Red Label Improver is designed for wheat bread, loaves and low recipe muffins.
Preparation of raw: The storage and preparation of raw materials for launching into production is carried out in accordance with the requirements for each type of raw materials. The enhancer is delivered to the enterprise in boxes weighing 10 kg with inner polyethylene bags or in three- or five-layer paper bags with or without polyethylene liners. The shelf life of the improvers is 1-2 years. In order to maintain effectiveness, it should be stored in a dry and cool place (at a temperature not higher than +30 ℃). Prepare for start-up in production according to the instructions attached to each individual type of improver.
