Characteristics/description of raw materials: Dry confectionery mix "Fa Sakher" is a technologically balanced mix of ingredients for instant preparation of chocolate biscuit semi-finished product for Sakher cake and similar products.
Technological recommendations: Cooking method: "all together". The mixture can be used both according to the recommended recipes and in the development of your own "branded" recipes. Recommended method of application: mixture - 1000 g, eggs - 500 g, butter (or vegetable) - 300 g, water - 250 g. Mix the ingredients for 3-5 minutes at a slow speed using a spatula attachment. Bake products of large mass for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 160-2 00 ℃, small-piece products - 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 180-1 90 ℃, depending on the weight of the product, used filler and oven design. The baked biscuit is characterized by a thin, moist crumb and a pronounced chocolate flavor. For an even richer chocolate flavor, we recommend adding 180-200 g of melted chocolate.
