Technological recommendations: Dosage: Dry mix "Custard Cream Estero" - 300-400 g, cold water - 1000 g
Method of preparation: Stir the ingredients according to the recipe at medium speed with a fine wire whisk for 15-20 seconds until thickened. Then mix at high speed for 5 minutes. The cream is ready.
Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: 12 months, store at a temperature (18 ± 5) ºС and a relative humidity of no more than 75%.
