Characteristics/description of raw materials: whipped cream stabilizer.
Technological recommendations: mix the stabilizer (foundation) with water (t = 20 ℃) (just before adding to the whipped cream) until smooth, add to the whipped cream and stir until smooth. Put the finished cream in a mold (make a confection or dessert) and place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours (t = 2-4° C) to stabilize.
Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: 12 months
store at a temperature of 18 ± 5 ℃ and a relative humidity of no more than 75%
