Characteristics/description of raw materials: Powdery homogeneous free-flowing mixture from white to light cream color.

Application area: It is intended for use in food industry and public catering enterprises as a chemical leavening agent for all types of flour confectionery products.

Preparation of raw: Add to a bowl with flour.

Technological recommendations: 1-3% by weight of flour or 10-30 g of baking powder per 1 kg of flour

Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: Expiration date: 12 months.
Storage conditions:
Store at a temperature of 5 to 25 ℃ and a relative humidity of no more than 75% in a well-ventilated, dry, clean warehouse that does not have any foreign smell. Protect from moisture.
