Application area: Used as a filling, for sandwiching, coating and decorating confectionery and bakery products (cakes, pastries, muffins, etc.), as part of combined creams
Technological recommendations: to deposit the filling into the product or onto its surface, bring the filling to a temperature of 25-26 degrees Celsius, with stirring
-to apply the filling on the surface, heat the filling to 28-29 degrees Celsius
- for glazing, the temperature of the filling is 35-50 degrees Celsius
The filling is not heat-stable.
To achieve the desired fluidity, heat the filling in a "water bath" or in a microwave oven with stirring.
Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: Storage conditions: at an air temperature in the warehouse from 00C to +25 0C and a relative humidity of not more than 75%, the product should not be exposed to direct sunlight.
