Characteristics/description of raw materials: Consistency: viscous fluid. Color dark brown.

Application area: For use in the food industry: Confectionery.

Functional properties/benefits: Depending on the dosage, it is possible to obtain from light yellow to amber red and dark red shades

Technological recommendations: When preparing marmalade and fillings, the dye is added directly to the mass when cooking syrups. Use with caution in products containing sodium chloride or mineral salts (mandatory testing on a small volume of products is required).

Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: Store for 2 years at a temperature from 5 ℃ to 30 ℃ with a relative humidity of not more than 75%. In original sealed packaging.
After use, it is recommended to remove product residues from the bottle neck and close the lid tightly. Subject to the recommended storage conditions, the shelf life of the dye after opening the original packaging remains unchanged.
