Application area: Concentrated mix for preparing a wide range of products: traditional English cake with various fillings (candied fruits, nuts, dried fruits), muffins and butter biscuits.

Preparation of raw: The preparation of raw materials takes place in the preparatory department, where the containers are cleaned from external contamination. After opening the container, the raw material is sieved and poured into an in-house labeled container.

Functional properties/benefits: It allows you to use various fillers (dried fruits, nuts, candied fruits, etc.), they are evenly distributed throughout the entire volume of the product, without settling. The mixture is very convenient to work with, the composition of the mixture allows you to obtain a homogeneous technological dough in a short time. The finished product has a delicate taste, excellent volume and delicate aroma.

Technological recommendations: The product is economical to use (dosage is 10% to the mass of dough for making muffins).

Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: Store in a cool dry place at a temperature not exceeding +25 degrees. C and relative humidity not more than 75%. Shelf life 12 months.
