Characteristics/description of raw materials: Transparent thick viscous liquid, taste and smell - characteristic of molasses, without foreign taste and smell; colorless to pale yellow.

Application area: is intended for use in various branches of the food industry as part of food products of mass consumption (vegetable and fruit juices, drinks and nectars, mashed potatoes, desserts, puddings, sauces, yoghurts, ice cream, bakery and confectionery products, etc.).

Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: Shelf life is one year from the date of manufacture, subject to the conditions of transportation and storage.
Molasses poured into barrels, flasks and other transported containers are stored in a closed warehouse without foreign odors, protecting from direct sunlight
When storing molasses, it is allowed to whiten due to the loss of dextrins. Storage temperature is not higher than 30 ℃.
