Composition: Purified water, table salt, natamycin.

Characteristics/description of raw materials: Designed for antimicrobial processing of packaged food products. Surface treatment of bread, bakery and confectionery products, cheeses, including spraying sliced cheese, surface treatment of meat and fish products; canned foods; quick-frozen products, fish pastes, fish raw materials and caviar. To protect against contamination by microorganisms under plastic films during storage.
- Effectively kills or inhibits the growth of yeast and mold;
- Extends the shelf life;
- Reduces the risk of the formation of fungal mycotoxins;
- Meets consumer demand for natural products;
- More effective than chemical preservatives at much lower dosages;
- When using the drug, changes in taste, smell, color, texture and nutritional value are reduced to a minimum;
- Does not adversely affect bacteria and starter cultures in fermented foods.

Preparation of raw: Shake the package well (during storage, a precipitate may form - which is the norm).

Technological recommendations: Treat (spray) the surface of food products before packaging.

Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: 24 months. Store in a closed, darkened room at temperatures from 5 to 25 º С and relative humidity not exceeding 75%. After opening, store in a dark place under the specified storage conditions.
