Composition: Purified water, table salt, natamycin.
Characteristics/description of raw materials: Designed for antimicrobial processing of packaged food products. Surface treatment of bread, bakery and confectionery products, cheeses, including spraying sliced cheese, surface treatment of meat and fish products; canned foods; quick-frozen products, fish pastes, fish raw materials and caviar. To protect against contamination by microorganisms under plastic films during storage.
