Composition: Thickeners (E1422, E401), maltodextrin, stabilizers (E450ii, E339ii), carrier E516

Characteristics/description of raw materials: Homogeneous free-flowing mixture. Lumps that easily crumble under mechanical action are allowed. Colour: white to light beige. Taste: characteristic of the given name of the mixture.

Application area: Instant thickener "SAFTIA PLUS" for the preparation of heat-resistant fruit fillings. The mixture is intended for thickening various juices, compotes, fruit drinks, syrups, etc.

Functional properties/benefits: Thickens and stabilizes the filling, preventing it from flowing out during baking; preserves the transparency and color of the berries; does not stretch and does not give a "rubber" structure to the fillings after baking; allows you to prepare fillings in a cold and hot way;
Resistant to freezing and defrosting.

Technological recommendations: Mix thickener with sugar. Slowly pour the resulting mixture into fruit juice or water, stirring constantly, until smooth. Add fruit or berries and mix well. Dosage 10%.

Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: Store in a dry, cool place at a temperature not exceeding +25 ℃ and relative humidity not more than 75%.
Shelf life: 12 months.
