Characteristics/description of raw materials: Chopped coconut pulp in the form of white particles of arbitrary shape, 2-4mm in size. Does not stick together when compressed. Easily removable slight clumping is acceptable. Taste and smell peculiar to coconut, extraneous taste and smell are not allowed. The texture is loose, dry, porous.
Preparation of raw: The coconut flakes are poured into clean, dry, labeled containers with tight-fitting lids. Moving coconut flakes in open containers and without marking is strictly prohibited.
