Composition: Cocoa powder, corn starch, raising agents (E450, E500), emulsifiers (E471, E481, E475), dextrose, dry milk whey, milk protein, salt, food flavors (vanillin, orange), dye (E160d).

Characteristics/description of raw materials: Appearance: loose product. Colour: peculiar to the ingredients of the mixture with inclusions of raisins, chocolate, candied fruits, seeds, bran and other raw materials or without inclusions, depending on the recipe. Smell: characteristic of this type of mixture, without foreign aftertastes.

Application area: Production of flour confectionery products.

Preparation of raw: Screening.

Functional properties/benefits: Baking powder.

Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: 12 months from the date of production at an ambient temperature of not more than 25⁰С and relative air humidity of not more than 70%.
Vehicles used for transporting products must be clean, dry, free from pests of grain stocks, free of foreign odors. During loading, transportation and unloading, products must be protected from atmospheric precipitation, etc., in accordance with the marking on the package.
