SEBake FRESH 10P ULTRA guarantees minimal spoilage and return, thereby reducing costs and increasing profitability.

Technological recommendations: Recommended initial dosages are from 1 to 10 g per 100 kg of flour. Working dosages must be selected empirically and based on the nuances of production, such as the quality of flour and the desired quality of baking. We recommend doing test baking to determine more accurate dosages.
