Characteristics/description of raw materials: Water-fat emulsion of white color with creamy vanilla taste and aroma.
Preparation of raw: Before whipping, cool for at least 12 hours in the refrigerator to a temperature of +5 ºC - + 8ºC. Beat on medium speed until desired cream consistency is obtained. The whipped product remains freeze-thaw stable.
