Characteristics/description of raw materials: Color: white, clean.
Appearance: homogeneous bulk mass of crystals.
Odor and taste: characteristic of sugar, sweet, without extraneous smell and taste, both in dry sugar and in its aqueous solution.
The purity of the solution: the sugar solution should be transparent, without insoluble precipitate, mechanical and other impurities.

Preparation of raw: Granulated sugar used in production in a dry form is sieved through a sieve with a mesh size of no more than 3 mm and passed through magnetic traps. The granulated sugar used to prepare the syrup is sieved, dissolved in water, and the resulting sugar syrup is filtered through a metal sieve with a mesh size of no more than 1.5 mm.
