Characteristics/description of raw materials: Pasteurized prefabricated long-term storage based on vegetable fats. Sugar free. It is used to replace milk cream in the culinary and confectionery industries.

Application area: the product is used to replace milk cream in cooking.

Technological recommendations: For whipping: recommended product temperature 5‒10 ℃

Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: It is recommended to store the closed product at a temperature of 2 to 2‒0 ℃. Store open packaging in the refrigerator for no more than 4 days. Shelf life 9 (nine) months.
