Characteristics/description of raw materials: Dry mix for confectionery. White powder with a cream shade. Used to make muffins.

Preparation of raw: First add all the liquid components to the mixer, then dry and knead at a slow speed for 6-8 minutes until a homogeneous dough is obtained. Bake at a temperature of 170-210 * C for 35-45 minutes, depending on the weight of the workpiece and the design of the oven.
