Characteristics/description of raw materials: Baking powder "Medium" is a baking powder for the production of flour confectionery. Shows the maximum gas-forming ability in the baking process, which allows the most complete use of carbon dioxide for loosening products. For products that require a moderate amount of gas evolution and a long baking period.

Application area: For biscuits, rolls, muffins, biscuits, gingerbread, waffles, pancakes and pancakes.

Functional properties/benefits: Technological properties:
