Characteristics/description of raw materials: The filling is not heat-stable. Ready-to-drink UHT - custard cream for pastry and bakery products. Homogeneous glossy mass that does not spread on a horizontal surface.
Preparation of raw: Stir the product if necessary before use. For whipping: refrigerate for at least 12 hours to 5 -8 ℃. Beat on high speed until desired consistency is obtained.
