Characteristics/description of raw materials: Dry mix for muffins.
Powdery mass with a particle size of up to 3 mm, loose lumps are allowed.
The color is from light cream to cream, the color of individual particles is up to dark brown.
The smell characteristic of this type of mixture, without foreign odors, not musty, not moldy, the smell of roasted almonds prevails.
