Characteristics/description of raw materials: Confectionery glaze of neutral color and aroma. Homogeneous transparent gelled mass that does not spread on the horizontal
surface, neutral in color, with a sweet taste, neutral aroma.

Application area: Used as a glaze to cover and decorate pies, puff pastries, cakes, pastries, etc.

Preparation of raw: Mix 1 kg of glaze with 500 g of water or fruit juice. Melt over low heat, bring to a boil. Let stand for 2 minutes before glazing. For application, you can use a spray bottle.
