Characteristics/description of raw materials: Dry mixture to prolong the freshness of flour confectionery (muffins, butter biscuits, gingerbread, etc.).
Homogeneous powdery mass, loose lumps are allowed. Color from white to light cream. The smell is typical for this type of product, not musty, not moldy.
Preparation of raw: For the preparation of flour confectionery products 0.8 - 1.5% by weight of the dough.
Akti-Fresh PO 14 is pre-mixed with flour.
