Composition: Sugar, thickeners (E1414, E401), whole milk powder, stabilizers (E339, E450), flavoring, dye (E160a), sealant (E516).
Characteristics/description of raw materials: Dry milk-containing mixture for making custard. Homogeneous powdery mass, loose lumps are allowed, cream color. The smell characteristic of this type of mixture, without foreign odors, not musty, not moldy.
Application area: For "cold" preparation of a cream, similar to custard. The cream is used as a filling for bakery and confectionery products, as a flavoring filler. The finished cream is thermostable.
Preparation of raw: Raw materials are prepared in a separate room (preparatory department). Unloading of raw materials, semifinished., Auxiliary materials is carried out after preliminary cleaning of the container from surface contamination. After opening, sieving and weighing, bulk raw materials are poured into clean, dry, labeled containers with tightly closing lids. Moving raw materials in production in open containers and without labeling is strictly prohibited.

Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: Shelf life 6 months in original packaging in a cool dry place at a temperature no higher than 25 ℃ and a relative humidity of no more than 75%. Close container tightly after each use.
