Application area: Magimix Yellow Label Improver is designed for wheat bread, loaves and low recipe muffins.
The high cost-effectiveness and perfectly matched components of the Magimix yellow label improver allow you to get excellent results: improves the softness of the crumb due to the work of the enzyme complex (formation of dextrins + additional water for starch and proteins) and prolongation of freshness; improves dimensional stability and volume;

Improves softness due to the work of the enzyme complex, the formation of dextrins, which helps to extend the freshness period.
Shows excellent results on weak and freshly ground flour.

Technological recommendations: Add Magimix Yellow Label Improver directly to the flour and mix.
Dosage: 0.1-0.3% by weight of flour (or 100-300 grams per 100 kg of flour), depending on the method of dough making (with the sponge method, it is recommended to reduce the dosage to 0.05-0.2%) and the quality of the flour.
For freshly milled flour (weak gluten) it is necessary to use the maximum dosage of the improver. When using flour with highly active enzymes (falling number below 200 sec.), it is recommended to reduce the dosage of the improver.

Shelf life, storage and transportation conditions: 2 years in a dark, dry and cool place.
