Composition: glucose syrup, sugar, drinking water, raspberry concentrate, acidity regulator (citric acid (E330), sodium citrate (E331iii)), flavor, dye (red beetroot (E162), carmine (E120)), elderberry concentrate, gelling agent (pectin (E440)), antioxidant (sodium pyrosulfite (E223))
Characteristics/description of raw materials: Fruit syrup for confectionery. Contains 64% berries.
Preparation of raw: Used to add color, aroma and flavor to creams (including custard),
mousse, biscuits, muffins and ice cream.
Stable for baking and freezing.
The recommended dosage is 30 - 50 g per 1 kg of semi-finished product.
